New Zealand Young Farmers has joined together with DairyNZ and Beef + Lamb NZ to create Get Ahead; a one stop career hub for young people considering a career in agriculture.
Get Ahead is an amalgamation of DairyNZ's Get Fresh with Beef + Lamb New Zealand's Outstanding in the Field in collaboration with New Zealand Young Farmers.
Get Ahead aims to profile career diversity and opportunitites in modern day agriculture through this website and Experience Days held around New Zealand.
The Get Ahead programme is facilitated by New Zealand Young Farmers and run alongside the TeenAg programme.
