Sarah Greenwood

Job: Agricultural Scientist     Area: Taranaki/Manawatu

Sarah is currently Year 13 at Feilding High School and plans to complete a Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree.

NZ Young Farmers Involvement:
Sarah has competed in the TeenAg Competition in 2013, her placing at the Taranaki/Manawatu Regional Final earned her a spot in the Grand Final in Auckland, where her and team mate Brenna Coleman placed 2nd. She is also the Vice Chair of the Feilding High School TeenAg Club, and was treasurer in 2012.

"My involvement in Grand Final made me consider Lincoln as an opportunity for study. I'd always though I'd attend Massey, considering it's so close, but the reviews I heard from people at Grand Final have definitely made me consider my options a bit more."

The Plan:
To attend either Massey University or Lincoln University in 2014 to study a Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree.

Influence's/Role Models:
Sarah considers her parents to be the biggest influences on her career choices, as well as her role models. She looks up to them and they help her with her choices and making the right decisions. 

Art, hockey, netball and snowboarding.

School - NCEA: Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Agriculture and Art Design.

University: Study a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at either Lincoln/University.
